Regiment Student Leadership

We’ve got a super group of young men and women in leadership roles this year and we're expecting great things from them.

The Regiment Student Leaders (RSL) are an enthusiastic team of talented individuals who have, voluntarily, stepped forward to accept additional responsibilities involved with aiding the directors with maintaining the Westlake Instrumental Music Department.

Since we expect so much from our RSL we make sure they receive the training and support to develop into their roles. Some things they learn from being members of the Regiment. But during the summer we also send many of the leaders to special camps designed to teach them the skills they will need and inspire them to be a part of something larger than themselves.
