Welcome to the Colina Jazz Bands! We have a lot of great stuff in store for you. Please look at this section weekly for specific announcements pertaining to your particular ensemble.

Jazz I

• You have 2 performances coming up. December 4th at Colina and December 5th at Westlake HS. More information to come.
• Make sure you are working on Groovin Hard and Charlie Brown for now
• Jazz I Saxes - download these practice tracks for Indiana. You can work on the sax soli by using this. This track is covers measures 46-79, with a 2-bar ending you don't need to worry about. I included it at several different tempos. Start with the slow one and work your way up. I want the soli memorized eventually, but don't worry about that right now.
• Indiana - 120 beats per minute
• Indiana - 135 beats per minute
• Indiana - 150 beats per minute
• Indiana - 160 beats per minute
